Most of us have learned how to cope. We breathe, we journal, we take the bath, we get through. And thatâs important, regulating yourself is a real skill, and if youâre the woman who holds everything together, youâve probably gotten very good at it.
But have you noticed it doesnât always change much? You settle yourself down⊠and the same heaviness is back with a vengeance? The same bracing, the same 3am insomnia, the same tightness in your jawâŠ
Thatâs because calming a feeling and meeting it are two different things.
