💙 **Happy Community Health Worker Awareness Week!** 💙

August 23–29 is **Community Health Worker Awareness Week**, and we are so excited to recognize our own incredible CHW, Diana Spinar!

Community Health Workers play such an important role in making healthcare more accessible and helping people connect with the resources and support they need. CHWs help reduce barriers to care, provide health education, address health-related social needs, connect individuals with community resources, and advocate for patients and families.

Here at HFH, Diana is an important connection between our patients, our clinic, and our community. She approaches her work with kindness, compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help people navigate challenges that can sometimes make getting the right care feel overwhelming.

Diana, thank you so much for the heart you bring to HFH and to the people you serve! We are incredibly grateful to have you on our team and proud of the difference you make in our rural community every day. 💙

She may seem sweet and innocent, but don’t be fooled… she’s also a secret prankster, sourdough queen, and one of those people who makes the workday brighter just by being in it. 🍞😏
