💪 Meet Our New Human Movement & Performance Specialist!
We're excited to welcome the newest member of our team - Leo Lemons!
Our Human Movement & Performance Specialist is here to help patients improve mobility, build strength, prevent injuries, and optimize performance through personalized movement assessments and corrective exercise programs.
Leo's passion for health and human performance began with his own experiences as a high school athlete. After facing challenges in finding the right support to perform at his best, he developed a deep appreciation for the incredible design of the human body and a commitment to helping others move, feel, and live better.
Leo is dedicated to helping clients of all ages reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. He believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for long-term health, which is reflected in his personal motto: "Don't stop moving." Whether you're recovering from an injury, striving to enhance athletic performance, or simply looking to stay active as you age, Leo is committed to helping you achieve your goals.
With certifications in Biomechanics, Corrective Exercise (CES), and Strength and Conditioning Coaching, as well as experience coaching with USA Olympic Weightlifting (USAW), Leo combines clinical expertise with a supportive, patient-centered approach.
