Still hard to believe our last born, Alexander Elijah, has graduated from high school!
We had such a wonderful time celebrating this milestone with family and friends. Next stop: Collin County bridge to Texas A&M University, where he'll begin pursuing a degree in engineering.
So proud of the young man he has become and excited to see what God has in store for him. ❤️

I’ve had the honor of holding front row seat, ringside, to some of the most powerful moments life has to offer.
I’ve witnessed women dig deeper than they ever thought possible.
I’ve seen strength that can’t be taught…
I’ve watched fear turn into surrender, and surrender turn into power.
There is nothing ordinary about birth.
And there is nothing ordinary about the women who walk through it.
I'd be amiss if I didn't pause today to say how much of an honor it is to be invited into that sacred space… into the very beginning of a life…
I am so deeply blessed to do this "work".
Happy Midwife day is every day I catch a baby!!!
