Getting enough sleep is as essential as eating right and exercising. Poor sleep habits can contribute to physical and mental issues by depriving the body and mind of much-needed rest. Inadequate sleep can aggravate or even contribute to certain conditions; likewise, certain conditions can contribute to poor sleep patterns. Steps you can take to improve sleep quality include establishing a sleep schedule, creating a relaxing sleeping environment, addressing health conditions contributing to irregular sleep, and prioritizing sleep for your mental and physical health.

For instance, maybe one day it’s being able to take a refreshing walk outside, breathing the fresh spring air. Whatever your definition of a good day might be, here’s hoping you have many good days this month and beyond. And remember, you are not alone. If you need help achieving those good days, we are here to help.
