This summer I’m offering a family package of sessions so everyone in your family can get some work done at a discounted rate. These sessions can be helpful for things like anxiety, PTSD, depression, OCD, headaches, stomach aches, pregnancy, insomnia, chronic pain, childhood trauma, ancestral trauma and even allergies and nightmares. This family package includes 4 adult sessions and 4 child sessions that can be used on as many members of your family as you’d like. They all include things from Emotion Code, Body Code and Alignment Code, and the adult sessions also include 8 weeks of personalized frequency healing. You get all 8 sessions plus the 2 months of frequency healing for $600, a $780 value. The adult sessions are usually video calls, but if your summer has you constantly on the go, they can be done as email sessions instead.

I did a session for a child a few weeks ago who had developed an eye tic. She was excessively blinking and rolling her eyes around. It had been going on for a few weeks, but after one session, she stopped the next day. It was one of my email sessions, so only her mom was aware that I had worked on her.

Energy work doesn’t always make a major shift that quickly, but there are definitely plenty of times when it does. It has to do with how much is contributing to whatever issue we’re working on and how far back it goes.

If you’re interested in a session for yourself, your child or your pet, I now have a few different options. I have an office in Plano Texas for in person sessions, I do video calls, and I also have email sessions for $70.

In this video I'll show you how to do a stomach reset. I’m using techniques that I use in my one-on-one sessions that stem from emotion code, body code and alignment code.

After you watch the video, if you would like to release an instance of all of the emotions that the stomach generates, they are anxiety, despair, disgust, nervousness, worry, failure, helplessness, hopelessness, lack of control and low self-esteem.

I’ve posted a lot of videos about how to release trapped emotions, but if you process through emotions as you feel them, you’ll have less trapped emotions to release. They only get trapped if you push them down or ignore them. Different emotions need to be processed differently. Emotions like grief and sadness ask us to slow down and focus on the physical sensations we’re feeling, but anger requires movement.

Watching this video from a few years ago made me realize it’s time I do a little more work on this for myself. When we’re storing up things like anxiety, anger and irritability, a lot of times that comes out as frustration with our kids when they’re not even the actual issue. It can be so helpful to go in and release any old emotions and negative beliefs that are contributing to irritability, balance the nervous system and reset the amygdala and adrenals. All of that helps pull you out of fight or flight and be able to be present in the moment enjoying your kids.
