As our lives grow and change, so do things we never thought would. I have been doing a lot of looking forward and also reflecting since our time in Arizona. One of the changes I need to make is to restructure my reiki business. I have truly enjoyed my studio. In 2020 I started this journey with my kids, learning and practicing. Then I made a studio in my home for a couple years. Then I was blessed to find my studio in Plano after a dear friend offered me the space to rent. I’ve met some really amazing humans throughout this journey. But now it’s time for my journey to change again. I will be giving up my studio space and focusing on in-home reiki sessions and alleviating the financial strain and maintenance of having a rented space. I look forward to the next chapter! Not sure exactly when it’s all going to happen, but I’ll update my information and pricing soon. Thank you for all your love and support. I look forward to continuing to help those who are sent to me, just in a different space. Same healing, just a different environment. Still calming, still special, still healing, always holding space for you. ❤️

Good morning! Just wanted to share my new space at Aishling OB/GYN in Sandwich. When I’m not in the reiki studio, I get to provide lactation support to breastfeeding families. I have been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2017 and prior to that worked at Valley West in labor and delivery starting in 2006. If you or someone you know is struggling with breastfeeding come and see me. Call the office to schedule at 815-786-1088. My hours are Monday 9-5, Tuesday 9-1 and Thursday 9-5. I do prenatal visits as well (come see me before you deliver to get all your questions answered). If you are struggling or just need to be reassured that everything is going well, I got you! You don’t have to be a patient of Aishling to see me. I do recommend you check with your insurance company to see how much lactation support is covered under your plan. Have a great Saturday!

Good morning! I have been out of the studio since December to travel to the southwest with my husband for a couple of months. When I returned, I was blessed to start a new job so I took a little extra time to get myself in the groove but now I’m ready to welcome clients back to the studio for Reiki!

If you are new here, my name is Terri. Im a Reiki Master Teacher and love sharing healing energy with those called to it. In my studio I awaken your energy centers, your senses, your emotions, and your mind. I love meeting new people where they are and helping to gently work with the energies of your mind, body, and spirit. Yesterday we lost our Ralphie. He was bigger than life both in personality and size. He was a great cat and we will miss him. He was a great snuggler and always seemed to know what we needed. Rest easy buddy, we will see you again. 🌈🌈🌈

I’m so excited to announce that I will be joining the Aishling team March 16 as their lactation consultant. I’ll be working Mondays and Thursdays 9-5 and Tuesday 9-1 in the Sandwich office. I am so excited to get started! 🎉

Only one more week in AZ. It’s been a great trip with lots of fun new things and new people. Beyond grateful for the time and experiences we have enjoyed here. ☀️🌵🏜️

These are the majority of the pictures I’ve taken over the last few weeks. I tend to live so “in the moment” when we are away from home I forget to take pictures (blessing and a curse). We have been enjoying our time at the resort around the pool, meeting new people, exercise classes, card playing, and live music every day. We have been to Sedona, Apache Junction, and Mesa so far this trip. Enjoying time with my aunt and uncle this week and always love hanging out with dad. Great experience for so many reasons, but mostly…for rest, connection, rejuvenation, and time to enjoy each other and have deep conversation (along with lots of laughing). ❤️

Ralphie has the chilly mornings and evenings in Surprise AZ all figured out. So happy he managed all the traveling so well and is already settled in after just a day or two in our new spot.

After a long 8 hour travel day we arrived in Las Cruces New Mexico last night. The animals were ready to tuck in for the night! We arrived in the dark so didn’t get see how beautiful our view was until this morning! ☀️⛰️🏜️ Now we are on our way to Tuscon for 2 nights before moving on to our destination in Surprise AZ. Thanks for being the pilot of the ship and getting us to our destinations safely! Have a great Tuesday everyone! ❤️
