Have you written down your gratitudes today? One simple but powerful habit is to begin each morning with gratitude and positive affirmations, then end your day by reflecting on the blessings, moments, people, and experiences you appreciated.
Gratitude shifts our perspective. It helps us focus on what we have rather than what we lack. Even during life’s challenges, there is always something to be thankful for.
For me, I am grateful for the healing gifts God has placed in nature and in the companionship of animals. I am thankful for service dogs, the soothing sound of ocean waves, and the grounding presence of volcanic rocks. These bring a sense of peace, comfort, and therapeutic healing that support me through autoimmune, neurological, and neuromuscular challenges. They remind me to slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us every day.
Whatever struggle, darkness, or difficult season you may be facing today—grief, loss, trauma, tragedy, heartbreak, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, emotional pain, uncertainty, disappointment, or life transitions—please know that you do not have to walk through it alone. Healing is a journey, not a destination. Give yourself grace. Take time to rest, reflect, recharge, renew, and recover. Even the smallest step forward is progress worth celebrating.

¿Has escrito tus gratitudes hoy? Un hábito sencillo pero poderoso es comenzar cada mañana con gratitud y afirmaciones positivas, y terminar el día reflexionando sobre las bendiciones, las personas y los momentos que apreciaste.
La gratitud cambia nuestra perspectiva. Nos ayuda a enfocarnos en lo que tenemos en lugar de lo que nos falta. Incluso en medio de los desafíos de la vida, siempre hay algo por lo cual dar gracias.
Yo estoy agradecida por los regalos de sanación que Dios ha puesto en la naturaleza y en la compañía de los animales. Estoy agradecida por los perros de servicio, el sonido relajante de las olas del océano y la energía reconfortante de las rocas volcánicas. Estos elementos me brindan paz, consuelo y una terapia natural que apoya mi bienestar frente a desafíos autoinmunes, neurológicos y neuromusculares. Me recuerdan la importancia de reducir el ritmo, respirar profundamente y apreciar la belleza que nos rodea.
Cualquiera que sea la lucha, la oscuridad o la temporada difícil que estés atravesando hoy — duelo, pérdida, trauma, tragedia, desamor, ansiedad, depresión, enfermedad crónica, dolor emocional, incertidumbre, decepción o cambios importantes en la vida — recuerda que no tienes que caminar solo(a). La sanación es un proceso. Date gracia. Permítete descansar, reflexionar, recargar energías, renovarte y recuperarte. Cada pequeño paso hacia adelante cuenta.
