Game day just got a whole lot bigger at Accel at Willow Bend! 🎮 Our Game Club took things to a new level today with a giant twist on a classic: Giant 4 in a Row! This life-sized version of the beloved strategy game had everyone thinking, planning, and competing in the most exciting way!

This week at Accel at Willow Bend, we're embracing our Wellness Campaign with a fun and meaningful theme — "Be Summer Safe"! ☀️

Taking care of your skin during the summer months is so important, and we've been doing just that in the most creative way. Our residents crafted their very own summer ball caps in Art Works — a beautiful reminder that staying safe can also be joyful and expressive!

We also gathered helpful summer safety tips in Wellness Works, and our Wellness on Wheels cart is making its rounds with even more ways to stay cool, protected, and healthy this season. 🧢

We love seeing our community come together to learn, create, and look out for one another. That's what wellness truly looks like.

🎶 What an incredible day of music and celebration at Accel at Willow Bend! We kicked off the festivities with an amazing morning concert featuring Norris Perry, setting the perfect tone for a joyful Independence Day gathering.

The energy only kept rising as the afternoon brought an equally spectacular performance by Shruti and Friends — our talented high schoolers who absolutely stole the show! 🎵 It's always heartwarming to see young musicians shine and share their passion with everyone around them.

And what's a celebration without sweet treats? A huge thank you to Brittnee from Heart to Heart for the delightful cupcakes that made our day even more special! 🧁 Every moment was filled with music, joy, and community spirit.

What a fantastic way to kick off July at Accel at Willow Bend! 🌟 We took an exciting virtual tour exploring the incredible wonders of Washington DC, soaking in all the history, landmarks, and culture that make it so iconic and awe-inspiring.

But the fun didn't stop there! After our virtual adventure, we headed straight to Chef's Corner, where everyone rolled up their sleeves and got creative making their very own All American apple pie turnovers. 🥧 From flaky crusts to sweet, cinnamon-filled centers, every bite was a true celebration!

It's moments like these that remind us how powerful learning and creativity can be when combined together. Whether we're exploring virtually or cooking up something delicious, every experience brings joy, connection, and a whole lot of fun. Every day is an adventure!
