I went outside to grab one thing from the attic for the Fourth of July.

Two hours later, I was still cleaning and sorting through stuff.

Hence, no Protein & Perspective video earlier today. ๐Ÿ˜…

We hauled away a truckload of giveaways and trash, and honestly, I barely made a dent in everything that's still up there.

But it reminded me that not every job gets finished in a day. Sometimes it's just about tending to what's been neglected and making things a little better than they were yesterday.

Small steps still matter. โค๏ธ

This made me smile.

Too often, we focus on what aging takes away and forget what it brings.

With age often comes wisdom, resilience, perspective, and a deeper appreciation for what truly matters.

Healthy aging isn't about trying to turn back the clock. It's about taking care of ourselves so we can continue enjoying life, serving others, pursuing purpose, and making memories in every season.

The goal isn't to be younger.

The goal is to be healthy enough to keep living fully.

Every walk, every nourishing meal, every strength-building workout, every good night's sleep, and every healthy choice is an investment in the years ahead.

The workshop will cover nutrition, mindset, purpose, and practical ways to support long-term health and well-being. I'm especially looking forward to hearing from Dr. David Heber, whose extensive background in nutrition and healthy aging brings a wealth of knowledge to the discussion.
