Looking for your own space in a great location at a reasonable rate? Then come join us! We are three private practice therapists who are looking to rent out our extra office. Our suite is located in West Plano off 75 and 15th Street inside the beautiful Harrington Building. Our space has a waiting room and small kitchen for your convenience.
You will also be able to reserve the building’s conference room making this space an ideal option for clinicians running groups. This safe and secure building is accessible 24-7 via an app. Your new office is approximately 7x12 with tall ceilings and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The third floor location offers a quiet space with a lovely tree-lined view from the large window. The $500 monthly rent includes fiber internet and we are flexible with the lease length.
We love the idea of finding a clinician who is open to collaborating on marketing ideas, cross-referring, and case consultation. Currently, the three of us primarily work with adolescents and adults 10 and up, so if you are a therapist who works with younger children, couples, or families, we would be especially interested in talking with you more.
