This week, the professionals of Steven G. Hill’s House of Funerals have been honored to spend time in Tampa, Florida the home state of our Founder, Steven G. Hill, Jr. attending the 89th Annual National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association Convention & Expo.

It has been an incredible week filled with meaningful networking, collaboration, continuing education, and genuine fellowship with funeral service professionals from across the nation.

Mrs. Lindsay was a virtuous woman who loved the Lord and will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, cherished grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her.

Vincent C. Brown is the General Manager at Steven G. Hill's House of Funerals, he has dedicated over 30 years to serving families with compassion and care. A proud native of Dallas and a 1986 graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School, Vincent is also a skilled master floral designer, known for creating stunning floral tributes that honor loved ones. His deep commitment to service extends beyond his professional career, as he has been an active member of Griggs Chapel Missionary Baptist Church for over 35 years. A gifted vocalist, Vincent uses his musical talents to provide comfort and support to families in their time of need. His dedication to both his craft and his community makes him a valued and respected figure in funeral service and our company.

We announce the peaceful passing of Mrs. Sandra H. Blackwell, age 87, of Plano, Texas. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, daughter, grandchildren, and all who knew and loved her. As the Scripture declares, “Cast all your cares upon Him, for He careth for you.”
