Did you know video games can provide opportunities to practice skills like flexibility, problem-solving, attention, emotional regulation, and social thinking? With the right guidance, gaming can become a fun way to build skills that transfer to everyday life.

Parents play an important role too! ❤️ Set clear rules and expectations, supervise gameplay to help keep children safe online, choose age-appropriate games, and establish healthy time limits and breaks. When we Detect → Reflect → Connect, we can help turn gaming moments into real-world learning opportunities!
