MASTER BEDRROOM II - PRIVACY FOR A COUPLE WITH THE ADDED BENEFITS OF SERVICES.
This is a picture of one of the two master bedrooms. The bedroom area is 234 sq feet (13 x 18) . The area between the beds and the door which is not seen in the picture is where you could put the two existing chairs shown in the picture or recliners or rockers and foot rests or coffee table. Across from this sitting area is a large wall for chest of draws and television. This room has a very large walk in closet and full bathroom. In addition, this room air conditioned by a separate air conditioning unit in addition to the ceiling fan. The windows provide a view of the back yard and deck area. This room provides privacy as it is segregated from the main house. The total square footage including bathroom and walk in closet is 342 square feet. The set up is great for a couple looking for added the services of an assisted living facility, but privacy when they want it.
