While some people are surprised that a baby would go to a chiropractor, many MORE are looking for answers for their baby to feel more comfortable & calm after birth, and they find us. 🤩

👀 Here’s 3 things I think everyone should know about chiropractic for babies or kids:

1) NOT ALL CHIROPRACTORS ARE THE SAME. If you needed a specialist for a foot problem, you wouldn’t see your GP. Right?! There are chiropractors who see general populations of patients (usually just adults), there are some that only work with athletes, and there are some that work with children, pregnancy and families. A great place to find a doctor who’s trained to work with the latter is . Your chiropractor you’ve been seeing for years may be amazing, but they may not understand a baby’s anatomy & physiology the way a peds chiro does. 👶🏻

2) Pediatric chiropractic is not simply a quick fix treatment for a symptom or ailment. Of course we see many similar issues and presentations with our little ones, from colic & reflux to constipation and torticollis. We address the ROOT CAUSE of these symptoms to come up with a plan to help your child heal and thrive. There’s no magic wand to boop the baby and fix them… if there was, we’d have a line out the door and down the street! We will talk you through every step of the process & make sure your questions are answered. 🙏🏻

3) Chiropractic care is safe for babies, children and adults. It is essential that you find a doctor that is a good fit for your family. Check out the Google reviews, their website, the mom pages on fb. You should see a positive trend towards certain providers in your area. Experience & continuing education go a long way in chiropractic. 🤓

This bubba has come so far! Reflux, torticollis, and some serious arching and tension. He’s been through it 💔 …but because mama advocates for him, he continues to improve and heal. ❤️‍🩹

I love being a part of his healthcare team… and I love his mama even more for trusting me with his care. 🙏🏻

A very special weekend was spent learning, connecting, re-connecting, and reigniting my passion for perinatal and family chiropractic care with some of the absolute best in our profession! 🙏🏻

I got to hear so many incredible doctors speak about a variety of topics… some are people I’ve been hoping to learn from for years, some were my teachers & CE instructors, some I follow online, some are some are even my colleagues from school. 🤓

When you’re in a room where the energy and passion is palpable, you cannot leave unchanged! ⚡️

Grateful for this time, learning about some amazing programs & products that will support my patients, reconnecting with old friends, even my favorite PEAK doc. I’m especially grateful for spending 3 days with my childhood best friend of 40+ years who lives in NJ but happened to be a vendor at the event! I also got to meet an IG chiro sister IRL and our heart strings are forever connected. ❤️

I can’t wait to share more about what I learned… what I will continue to learn as I strive to acquire some additional certifications, and some very exciting things I have planned for my patients & community! 😉

Being their mom is the greatest gift of my life! 💙💙

Motherhood changes you in ways you could have never imagined. The good, the bad, the exhaustion, the milestones… There are so many moments big and small that shape our babies and children, while also shaping us as women, as individuals and as mothers. 🤰🏻

I’ve found strength I never knew existed inside my heart and mind. Survived sleep deprivation that I thought might break me. Gone through challenges that made me a better mom and even better doctor. 🥹

Thankful for this life, for the chance to be their mom and the blessing it is to raise two amazing humans that I know will change this world. 🌎

To my boys: I will always hold your heart, your hand, your jacket, your dreams, and anything else you ever need!

Sending love to all the mamas today, you are the real MVP’s! 🏆🏆

We’ve come a long way, baby!! 😍

We understand the unique & special opportunity to not only help little ones on their healing journey, but to work with them in a way that brings peace, calm and comfort.

Not every baby or child understands our office and doctors are a safe space. Not every baby or child wants to be touched, wants to lay down, or even be an arms-length away from their parent or caregiver.

We meet children where they’re at. Need to be held or even nurse while we work on you? No problem. Want us to get on the floor while you play with toys and ignore us? Let’s do it! Our job is to do our best work WHILE making baby or kiddo comfortable. As we work through any perceived fears or stranger danger, we eventually end up on the other side….

Comfort. Familiarity. Calm. Peace.

B has been coming to see us for a long time. He’s been through many transitions as he has gotten more comfortable with us and our space. Today was the first day he asked to climb on the table and had his whole adjustment, all by himself (minus the paw patrol toys)!

This milestone is heartwarming! We are so grateful to see kids relax in our care. We are humbled to be a part of their healthcare team. And we are honored that you choose our practice to keep your family well. 🙏🏻
