To say I love chiropractic & helping individuals and families is an understatement! 😍

After 17+ years in practice, I have had the honor of caring for thousands of patients and been a small part of their healing journeys. ❤️‍🩹

I have also witnessed the burden of families trying to make it to an appointment when their baby has other plans. 😳 They were hungry. They fell asleep. They spit up everywhere. They had a blow-out diaper. Or maybe you have a deadline for work or other obligations that are preventing you from traveling to us because time is so limited these days!

Trust me, I know what it’s like because I’m a mom and I’ve been there too. You feel guilty that you’re running late and arrive panicked and sweating, or decide to just cancel because it’s too stressful. Now you or your loved one can’t receive the care they need! 😢

Guess what? I understand!! And… we will always be happy to reschedule you at the office. But.. after all these years working with SO many families, I also came to realize that sometimes going to the family is actually easier, less stressful and allows us plenty of time to talk, evaluate and care for the child or family without feeling rushed or stressed.

Need to feed, burp, or change your baby? No problem!

A tune up or plan of action that fits your busy life with less time on the road and that self care you’ve been putting off? Love that for you! 😍

After so many requests from birth workers and strangers alike, I have shifted into two options for patient care. At this time, I am seeing patients in the office and have limited hours of concierge care in Broward County.

Today was fun & bittersweet! I participated in my last career day at my kids’ elementary school as a PPE parent. I have had a child at this amazing school for 10 years… but with a 5th grader, this chapter is almost over.
🥺

I presented to four 5th grade classes and loved sharing about my personal journey into becoming a chiropractor, the importance of posture, and the role of the spine & nervous system in keeping us healthy. The kids had a lot of great questions and surprisingly knew quite a bit about anatomy when I walked around the classroom with my spine model! 🩻

I taught them 3 easy posture exercises they can do after sitting on their tech- as I felt this was the best way to relate spinal health to 10 & 11 year olds! They modeled the exercises with me and did an awesome job! ✅

Community outreach is such a joy for me and I’m always grateful to be included when opportunities arise to educate & empower kids! 🤓

The Romantic Tour… We’ve been waiting YEARS for this day! 🎤🤘🏼❤️

My younger son and I have had SO many Bruno Mars kitchen dances, pool jams, car serenades, and albums on repeat over the last few years…. all culminating into an evening we will never forget! ✨

The energy in the stadium was electric. ⚡️
The crowd knew every word to every song, singing their hearts out to ballads & pop hits… and so did we!

Of course I got some videos of the performance over the evening, but the two of us were by ourselves… so before the show started, I asked the lovely ladies sitting behind us to snap a photo of us and that was that.

Or so I thought! 👀

After “Risk it All” finished, one of the women the row behind me tapped me on the shoulder and showed me the video she just took of us and said, “tonight is my first concert without my baby. But I got you and yours. I’m so glad I caught this moment for you. Let me text you this video!” 🥹😭

A mother knows. And how special is it to have one of the many incredible moments of our mom/son date night captured by another mama who felt her heartstrings being pulled?! She didn’t know me, but she knew that feeling. She certainly didn’t have to capture it… but I am so grateful that she did! 🙏🏻

I saw a lot of pictures shared this weekend of “first concerts,” just like my son’s! For those who were there, I hope you felt the joy and love like we did! 🥰

We love taking care of each and every one of our wonderful patients! 🥰

But… there is something special about caring for a family who has been with you through many chapters and life cycle events! 🤰🏻👶🏻🤱🏻👧🏻

It is truly an honor to stand beside a woman through their motherhood transition and be a part of her perinatal team. I do not take that responsibility lightly and I feel so blessed to support every mama! 🥹

We also truly LOVE to see your little ones feel at home in our practice… always excited to be here, enjoy our toys, books and stickers, chat with our staff, ask our interns to play with them and even feel comfortable enough to get adjusted with them! 🙏🏻
