We KNOW moms are the real MVPs! 🏆

That being said, they deserve postpartum support that includes mental health, physical health, emotional health, and hormonal health.

If we’ve learned anything from the recent news cycle, we know moms MUST advocate and *keep* advocating for themselves. Their loved ones need to advocate for them. Their providers need to advocate for them… and if they’re not, fire them and find somebody else who will! 👏🏼

We will NEVER stop advocating for your health and well-being. That’s a promise.

Imagine you’ve poured into, fostered & help build a community where some of the best, most experienced, most trusted providers trust YOU to care for their family members. 🥹

17 years in, we still hear from people who don’t understand why a baby would benefit from seeing a chiropractor. “Is it safe? Is it gentle? What’s the point? Babies don’t have back pain!” Yes, we field these questions, DM’s, and phone calls quite often.

If you’ve delivered a baby or watched your partner or loved one deliver, you may understand the mechanics of birth a little more than you did before. Birth is a stress on the head + neck of a tiny newborn that can lead to a stressed spine and an immature nervous system that doesn’t know how to respond.

What does that really mean? Those stresses can present as colic, head preference, feeding or latching difficulty, and more! We expect our babies to be born, function & feed normally because NO ONE prepares us for anything different. Many moms face the reality that babies may need a bit of support to figure things out and find comfort in their body.

We are so lucky to have an amazing community of providers from experienced LC’s & IBCLC’s to pediatric dentists, chiropractors and body workers. If you’re really lucky, you will connect with some of these providers to help your journey go smoother and baby to function and thrive the way they’re meant to.

Thank you to this little family for trusting not only me with their newest addition, but their IBCLC mom/MIL/grandma to get them to the right provider!

We are so honored to care for women during their motherhood transition! 🤰🏻

Every so often we get a mom expecting twins, but our goals stay the same: provide exceptional prenatal chiro care to help mama feel her best during her pregnancy, and help encourage proper balance + alignment so babies can be in their ideal birthing position. 🙃🙃

We also believe it is essential to make sure mama feels supported and empowered not only in our office but with all of her providers. If she isn’t feeling that way, we will do our best to guide her in the right direction. ✅

A twin delivery comes with more challenges, moving parts and obstacles. Whether mom is planning a scheduled c-section or hopes for a vaginal birth, we hope that by supporting the body through alignment and a regulated nervous system, we can help mom feel her best and achieve her birth goals. 🙏🏻

Sometimes nervous system regulation isn’t enough.

Many pediatric cases we see in our office are straight forward while some need a little more thought & team work to get the best results. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

When working with littles, we want to know everything about their birth, how they’re feeding, sleeping, pooping and doing throughout the day. If there’s more going on than what’s in my scope of practice, I will be the FIRST to tell you: we need to get this babe to another provider (or more!) for a second (or third!) set of eyes and other perspectives.

With this cutie, he had a rough start and needed support beyond chiropractic. When you’ve been doing this as long as I have, you understand the true benefit of collaborating with other peds practitioners to help get the best results. ✅

And what are the best results? A baby who is happy, healthy, and well-adjusted to eating, sleeping and their environment. A baby who cries non-stop, cannot feed comfortably, spits up and/or has reflux daily, and feels rigid and tense no matter what you do is NOT normal. With the exceptional care of 3 providers, we were able to help this little guy not only get through some difficult challenges but truly thrive as a baby should! ❤️‍🩹

To see him smile, coo, hit milestones and be relaxed and comfortable in his own body is the best feeling and reassurance that he truly is doing well. The parents are happy and so are we! 😁

This family means a lot to me, as we’ve taken care of them through lots of life milestones, ups & downs over the years. They are caring, special people and I’m so grateful to know their youngest is doing exceptionally well! 🥹

Over the years I’ve been asked to attend lots of home births and visit moms & babes after birth. While it’s an incredible honor to be invited into such a sacred space, I limited this service to a very select few existing patients. The requests came often but… I usually declined. I’m not an “on-call” doctor and I had my own family at home who needed me. 🥰

I have been busy raising my own babies over the past decade + with part time office hours. I am SO grateful I have had the opportunity to spend the extra time with my children and find some semblance of work/life balance in our lives. 🙏🏻

Seasons change, and after much consideration & thought, I have decided to offer limited concierge hours to new patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Broward. Don’t fret- I will always have office hours in Plantation for as long as my family lives here! 🌴

Beyond chiropractic, the office provides so many amazing services from PT and massage to medical care with our exceptional NP’s, and more! The office accepts most insurances, allowing less burden for many individuals and families to receive the care they need. 🩻👩🏻‍⚕️

Concierge care is a unique opportunity to receive care in the comfort of your home.
