When our residents say they want a tomato sandwich on white bread, it goes right on the calendar. 🍅

Today, our group gathered to make—and enjoy—the sandwiches they had requested. As an extra treat, Missy brought in fresh peaches from her own tree, adding a little taste of summer to the table.

Simple comfort food shared with friends can be every bit as special as it is simple. It’s these little moments, shaped by the things our residents love, that make The Summit such a special place.
