Do your shoulders feel tight after sitting at a desk, scrolling on your phone, or driving?
Try these simple shoulder stretches to help improve posture and reduce tension:
✅ Shoulder Rolls – Roll shoulders backward 10 times.
✅ Doorway Stretch – Place your forearms on a doorway and gently lean forward for 20–30 seconds.
✅ Shoulder Blade Squeezes – Pull your shoulder blades together and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
✅ Chin Tucks – Gently pull your chin straight back to help align your neck and upper back.
