The best way I can describe it is this: I remember being in second grade watching Reading Rainbow in class and all the girls would line up and play with each other's hair or lightly tickle each other's arms and shoulders. The moment I walked into her room, I immediately felt my stress begin to melt away. Every single detail has been thoughtfully designed to create the most relaxing experience. I picked a rainforest with a waterfall, and it felt like I had escaped into another world.
The session itself was incredible. She began with my scalp, using a combination of different pressures, techniques, and specialized tools that created the most relaxing, tingly sensation. She then moved to my neck, back, chest, arms, and hands. I honestly had no idea my arms and hands could feel that amazing! Every transition was seamless.
