It’s time to use our book now button to be booking your or your athlete’s kinesiology balances. What is kinesiology you ask? It’s the study of muscular movement and involves your body telling the practitioner what’s wrong through evaluation of the muscles. There’s no guessing or assuming and what I’m told the most by clients is, “I didn’t know I had pain or stress in that area until I didn’t.”
Kinesiology will:

•Reduce muscular imbalance via targeted strengthening.
