At Carlton Senior Living, learning is an ongoing part of how we support our teams, residents, and communities.

Through Carlton University, team members participate in meaningful training opportunities designed to strengthen skills, build confidence, and support compassionate, person-centered care.

Last month, our focus included Diversity and Inclusion training and continued important conversations about understanding, respect, and belonging. We also recently welcomed new care team members for in-person New Hire training and hands-on skills practice in Sacramento.

We’re proud of the dedication our team members bring to learning and growing together, and we look forward to seeing these skills put into action in our communities every day.
