I believe that everyone can find meaning and fulfillment in their lives, no matter how dif

ficult it may seem. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I am particularly successful with those who are unsure about therapy or have not had positive experiences in the past. I offer an eclectic style of therapy that is fully centered on you, and what you want to achieve. My office is centrally located in downtown Royal Oak with free parking available.

I think I only update like once a year now. Social media is not really my thing. However, a lot has happened recently in our country, and a lot of you are feeling... a lot of things. I wanted to let you know that it's ok to be scared and angry. I am too. And it's ok to let those emotions out in safe spaces. You don't always have to find a "positive spin" on everything. Sometimes you just need to sit with the feelings and process them. And that's ok.
