Most men will never do this.
Not because they can’t.
Because they won’t.

They’ll keep starting over.
Keep breaking promises to themselves.
Keep chasing “balance” while their bodies rot.

But some of us…
We choose the war.
We build discipline like a wall.
We suffer on purpose — for a purpose.
We train our flesh into submission (1 Cor. 9:27).
We present our bodies as a living sacrifice (Rom. 12:1).
We run to win.

This isn’t about six packs.
It’s about stewardship.
Obedience. Mission-readiness.
Legacy.
