Hey there friends
I’m going to be taking it easy this week.
Ive been pretty transparent with my clients so most of yall already know I suffer from gastritis.
Wednesday and Saturday I had 2 really bad flareups that put me out.
My body is tired so I’m going to try and get as much rest as possible.
I’m asking for Prayers please 🙏
This hasn’t been easy and it’s really taking a toll on me but if I’m sick I can’t help you… so please be patient with me as I try to navigate through all of this and get myself back to where I need to be.
If I don’t respond I promise I’m not ignoring you, I’ll get back with you as soon as I can
