Michelle Pena is a Silicon Valley College graduate of 2001. She graduated with high honors as Massage Therapist/Holistic Health Specialist. Michelle has always demonstrated the highest level of comm

itment, communication and education to all of her patients. Michelle has brought her dedication and life’s passion to the city of Pleasanton in her office on Main Street. Michelle engages patients in a partnership that allows them to learn the underlying cause of their problem and how massage therapy can help. Everyone is built to be healthy, but many people live with health concerns without understanding that massage therapy does so much more than just relax the body. Michelle’s mission is to give 100% commitment to all of her patients while educating; teaching and helping them learn how to live a healthier and pain-free life style. Michelle offers 10% off on everyone’s first 60 or 90 minute treatment as well as a FREE consultation. Michelle will also work with patients who are under chiropractic, physical therapy or doctor’s care. “I believe that when I take a patient under my wing and they are being helped by another healthcare professional that it is the most important for me to be involved with their healthcare provider. Working with their healthcare provider as a team will get them the most healthy and safe treatment that is customized for their body so that they will have great results.”

I love being able to help my clients recover quickly from discomfort. It does take time, patience and teamwork. I constantly am taking classes to help my clients recover so they don’t have to suffer from pain. This is why it’s so important to make sure you go to a California Licensed massage therapist when you have an injury or are in pain. A California Licensed therapist can get you the care you need using our knowledge and experience.

Remember to take care of your body better then you take care of your car!

You will always make sure you put the right gas in your car and change your oil right?

Well your body depends on water and for you to tune it up as well.
Our body is made of water 💦 make sure you replenish it or it breaks down slowly in different ways.

Did you know that staying mobile as you get older is one of the best things you can do for your health and wellness.

Benefits of staying mobile

* Maintains independence – Walking, climbing stairs, carrying groceries, and getting in and out of a car become easier when you stay active.

* Reduces fall risk – Regular movement helps maintain muscle strength, balance, and coordination, which can help prevent falls. Your muscles can atrophy faster then you think if you don’t move!

* Keeps joints flexible – Movement helps reduce stiffness and can ease discomfort from conditions such as Osteoarthritis, arthritis and inflammation.

* Improves mood and brain health – Exercise can reduce stress, improve sleep, and may help maintain memory and thinking skills.

* Preserves muscle and bone strength – As we age, we naturally lose muscle and bone mass. Staying active slows that process. It also helps with circulation and swelling in the body as well.
