Join us for a gentle, all-levels yoga and sound bath experience in our peaceful garden space with Reiki! This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, connect with your breath, reduce stress, and spend time in a supportive community.

Classes are donation-based, with proceeds helping support the wellness programming offered through Angels in Motion and Raiz Wellness Collective. We can't wait to grow, heal, and practice together! 💚🧘‍♀️🌱

Join us this Saturday at 11 AM at the New Day FSC in Pleasantville for a gentle yoga class open to the community!

This class is completely FREE and perfect for all levels—no experience needed. Come as you are, bring a friend, and enjoy a peaceful morning of movement, stretching, and self-care.

We had such a great time, as always, at the AtlanticCare Community Health Fair! 💙

It was wonderful to connect with so many community members and other organizations while sharing information, support, and resources. There were so many valuable services available all in one place, and we’re always grateful to be part of events that bring our community together.
