OUR MISSION To improve the lives of the residents we serve. We are COMMITTED to providing the finest Medicare certifiied, short-term and long-term care.

We offer a 50 bed facility 24-hour licensed nursing, private rooms. A physician is on call and routine visits are made to the care center. We provide rehab services including speech, physical, and occupational therapies.

Residents dressed the part for a Sturgis photo shoot and had an absolute blast. We also want to highlight resident Sharon Gingras, a former flower shop owner, who stepped right back into her element arranging a beautiful donation of flowers from local community member Jony Allen for our dining room tables. Thank you Jony, we are so blessed to have such a giving community! 🌸 🏍️

Plum City brought the fun this week and we have the proof! 🌭🥤

First up, a Dirty Soda Bar sponsored by Moments Hospice featuring all kinds of tantalizing flavor combinations. The residents absolutely loved every sip and it was a massive hit!

Then things got competitive with a staff hot dog eating contest. CNA Michael and Kyle from our therapy department had two minutes to eat as many hot dogs as they could while residents and staff cheered them on with plenty of good belly laughs. The results? Michael took the crown with an impressive 7 hot dogs in two minutes while Kyle could only stomach 3. Better luck next time, Kyle! 😂

Our annual family picnic was last week and what a day it was! 🍄 Tons of family, great food, outdoor music, and even a few kids showing off their moves on the dance floor! Another incredible party in the books and fun had by all. We love seeing our community come together like this. ❤️

Dear Residents, Family Members and Friends,

With the recent wildfire smoke affecting air quality in our region, I want to update you on the precautions we have in place to keep all residents safe and comfortable.

Our team has activated our air quality protocols, which include keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible, using our building's air filtration systems, monitoring indoor air quality throughout the day, and adjusting resident activities to minimize exposure.

To support these efforts, we kindly ask that you help reduce door openings to maintain the healthiest environment possible for all.

We had an udderly fun time at Plum City celebrating Cow Appreciation Day earlier this week! 🐄 Residents enjoyed photo opportunities and sipped on fresh homemade milkshakes because what better way to celebrate?!🥛❤️

Plum City celebrated National Rock 'n' Roll Day! 🎸 Residents and staff went all in, dressing the part and bringing the energy. 😆 The dietary staff was singing into whisks, housekeeping was shredding on broom guitars, and residents were having an absolute rocking good time!🤘❤️

Please join us in honoring Stacey Geraets on her 10 year anniversary with us! 🎉

Stacey's story is one that truly warms the heart. She has worked in activities since she was 15 years old and was volunteering even before that, inspired by her neighbor who was a director of activities. That early spark turned into a 32 year career doing what she loves most. Caring for and learning from the elderly.

Outside of work, Stacey has been married to her husband John for 25 years, is a proud mom to Brendon and Mikena, and is a soon to be grandma! 👶

Stacey, your heart for this work is evident in everything you do and we are so grateful to have you at Plum City. Here is to 10 more! ❤️

Sunday, Plum City held its Golden 90's Party to honor our incredible residents who are 90 years of age and older. 🥂✨ Our Golden 90's Club spans from 90 to 102 years young, and we are so blessed to have 17 members to celebrate!

Families joined in for an afternoon filled with live harp music, cheesecake, and punch. We honored each member by reading their birth year alongside some fun historical facts, including Bonnie and Clyde, Amelia Earhart, and yes, the Oscar Mayer We**ie Mobile. 😄 An afternoon of family, laughter, and pure celebration. These residents have lived through so much history and we are so grateful to call them ours. ❤️
