Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared

to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains. FAQ
"What's the schedule like there?"

Depending on our training cycles we do switch SOME things up from a month-to-month basis, BUT Monday 5:30am strength training is the same as Monday at 6pm.

Our TFW Metabolic class may be different from our Hyrox training class, but both take place at 5:30am and 4pm. The 9am, 10am, 5pm, and 6pm TFW Metabolic classes are all the same at 5:30am though!

Wednesdays this month are lower body focused and although Coach Devon is at 6pm, Coach Mike is in at 5pm

All our amazing coaches are in and out at their most favored times and slots

It doesn't matter on Thursday if you're with Coach Beej, Coach Kevin, or Coach Bob, its still going to be an outstanding class!

Fridays are unforgettable because Coach Clinton always brings the 🔥with his own special flare

Saturdays are a happy mix of the entire week

(and don't forget about Secret Sundays with Coach Kevin at DEKA/Hyrox at 7am)

With so many different options to choose from it really goes to show you how much flexibility there is to get you one step closer to the goals you want to hit!

We're not new to the game
Actually, we started the game here in Central Bucks
Dozens of races, singles, doubles, passport stamps, and NOW podium along with flag placements in peoples homes.

We're beginning a brand new cycle of training beginning with a 12-week program and if you want in on it then NOW is the time.

Tuesdays/Thursdays at 5:30am or 4pm
Fridays at 12:15pm-1pm
Sundays at 7am

Beginning July 1st
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday at Noon

More classes means more options and more opportunities to to get closer to those podiums.
