We're always coming up with new ways to stay active at Montgomery.

Our newest activity is Balloon Volleyball! Our residents line up on two sides and use pool noodles to reach a balloon and hit it across to the other team. This exercise is definitely a favorite amongst our residents!

Today is , a day to recognize the strength, resilience, and determination of the millions of individuals living with chronic disease.

The date 7/10 serves as a powerful reminder that 7 out of 10 deaths in the U.S. are caused by chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Raising awareness is an important step toward prevention, early intervention, and better health outcomes.

At our center, we are committed to supporting individuals living with chronic illnesses through personalized, compassionate care that empowers them every step of the way.

Today, we're also asking our team and community to reflect on who inspires them to keep going.

This week, our residents got creative painting fireworks for an Independence Day craft. We had a blast making them and are so happy with how they turned out!

250 years of independence.

Countless stories of courage, hope, and home.

This Independence Day, we celebrate the people and communities whose lives have shaped the American story—through service and sacrifice, traditions passed from one generation to the next, new beginnings, resilience, and the simple moments that remind us where we belong.

Every voice adds to our shared history. Every story helps define what home means.

Featured here is the cover artwork for Home, anew: 250 Voices of Belonging and Community, created by a resident of Oxford Enhanced Senior Living, a community supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. The collection brings together stories that celebrate the people, places, and moments that remind us that home is more than where we live—it's where we belong.

This Fourth of July, we are honored to celebrate the voices, experiences, and communities that continue to shape our nation's story.

Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and meaningful Independence Day. 💙
