Not one picture of last night’s sound bath which we planned outdoors & Mother Nature decided 5 minutes before the start to change our plans! We quickly moved our event indoors and enjoyed a beautiful evening 🙏

We found a quiet spot tucked away from the wind to unwind and have a beautiful practice being serenaded by the birds and frogs, and we had a couple of turtles pop their heads up to see what we were up to!
