Life has a way of shifting things quickly. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a new cancer and will be stepping away from my practice for the next few months to focus on treatment.

I feel so grateful for this community and the families I’ve had the privilege of supporting. I fully plan to be back doing what I love, just taking the time I need right now.

Thank you for being here 🫶🏼

Your baby’s mouth isn’t working in isolation.

The floor of the mouth is connected through fascia to the entire front of the body…

tongue → throat → chest → diaphragm → belly → pelvis.

It’s all one continuous system.

So when there’s tension under the tongue, it doesn’t just affect latch. It can impact breathing, digestion, posture, and how your baby moves and settles.

This is why we look beyond the mouth.

When the fascia starts to soften, you’ll often see it everywhere…
deeper breaths, softer belly, smoother feeding, more calm.

Those yawns and stretches?
That’s your baby unwinding 🤍

If your baby feels tight, unsettled, or feeding has been a struggle, there’s always a reason. Let’s figure it out together.

Rhythmic rocking is more than just calming your baby… it helps their nervous system find regulation 🤍

Babies aren’t born knowing how to settle.
They learn through rhythm, repetition, and feeling safe in their body.

When you support them this way, you’ll start to notice the shift
less tension, softer movements, more fluidity, and an overall calmer baby.

If your baby feels tense or unsettled, there’s always a reason behind it. You don’t have to navigate this on your own 🤍

Babies aren’t “just colicky”.
That label gets used when we don’t have clear answers.

But babies don’t cry for no reason…
There is always something underneath it.

Tension in the body
Feeding challenges
Air intake and poor digestion
A nervous system that feels overwhelmed

When you start to support the root cause,
everything can begin to shift.

Babies settle easier
Feeding feels smoother
Sleep becomes more manageable

You don’t have to just wait for them to “grow out of it”

If something feels off, trust that instinct.

let’s figure out why together 🫶🏼💕

Feeding isn’t just about the mouth, it’s a whole-body skill.

Babies are born wanting to eat.

When feeding is hard, there’s always a reason.

Update: With whole-body feeding support, this baby was able to feed with less fatigue and distress. Her intake improved, and she continued to grow beautifully. 💕🫶🏼

Struggling with shallow latches or painful feeds? Often, small changes in positioning can make a big difference! 🌟

Ensuring your baby is fully supported, with their chin close to the breast and body aligned, helps them achieve a deep, comfortable latch every time.

Need guidance on positioning or improving latch? I’m here to help you and your baby find comfort and success at the breast. 💛

Ever wonder what tension release looks like in a baby?

This reel is sped up — but in real time, bodywork is slow, gentle, and fully led by the baby’s nervous system.

As this little one unwinds, you’ll notice moments where she stiffens, curls in, or even lets out a cry. These aren’t signs of distress — they’re signs of her processing another “layer” of tension, like peeling an onion. Babies release built-up patterns through movement and emotion.

One of the ways you can tell the difference?
Cry patterns. A stress cry escalates. A release cry softens as the body finds safety again. In this session, you can see how she cycles through tension → release → calm, all at her own pace.

✨ No forcing
✨ No pushing through resistance
✨ Just supporting her body as it tells its story

If your baby struggles with feeding, tummy time, frequent crying, stiffness, or difficulty settling, gentle bodywork can be a game changer for comfort, coordination, and feeding success.

🌼 Want support?
I offer in-home, office, and virtual visits across the South Shore, Plymouth, Cape, and surrounding areas.

✨ Does your baby look “tight” in their body?
These are some of the most common signs I see when a baby may benefit from gentle bodywork and myofascial release:

➡️ Shrugged shoulders
➡️ A “hidden” neck
➡️ Red lines or creases in the neck or chest
➡️ Chin-to-chest posture
➡️ Hands always clenched
➡️ General stiffness or difficulty relaxing

When babies carry tension, it can affect feeding, digestion, sleep, and comfort. Bodywork helps release those tight patterns so babies can move, feed, and rest more easily.

Every baby is different — a thorough assessment allows us to find the why behind the tension and create a plan that supports their whole body. 💛

If you’re noticing any of these signs, I’d love to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and guide you through gentle, effective support.

Swipe to see what changed for this sweet baby after just ONE myofascial release (MFR) session đź’—

This little one came in struggling with tummy time, leaning to the right, and working so hard to lift her head. Her whole body looked braced and uncomfortable.

After releasing tension through her neck, shoulders, ribs, and trunk, everything softened — and her movement patterns immediately improved.

✨ More head control
✨ Softer, coordinated trunk activation
✨ Easier tummy-time tolerance
✨ Better symmetry
✨ Bigger, brighter engagement

Babies don’t grow out of tension…
They grow around it.

Bodywork helps them feel safe, organized, and strong so feeding and development feel GOOD again.

If you’re wondering whether your baby could benefit from this kind of work, I’d love to support you.
