Ever wonder what tension release looks like in a baby?
This reel is sped up — but in real time, bodywork is slow, gentle, and fully led by the baby’s nervous system.
As this little one unwinds, you’ll notice moments where she stiffens, curls in, or even lets out a cry. These aren’t signs of distress — they’re signs of her processing another “layer” of tension, like peeling an onion. Babies release built-up patterns through movement and emotion.
One of the ways you can tell the difference?
Cry patterns. A stress cry escalates. A release cry softens as the body finds safety again. In this session, you can see how she cycles through tension → release → calm, all at her own pace.
✨ No forcing
✨ No pushing through resistance
✨ Just supporting her body as it tells its story
If your baby struggles with feeding, tummy time, frequent crying, stiffness, or difficulty settling, gentle bodywork can be a game changer for comfort, coordination, and feeding success.
