If you keep getting relief… but the pain always comes back… this is worth thinking about.
Stretching isn’t bad.
Foam rolling isn’t bad.
Massage isn’t bad.
Adjustments aren’t bad.
A lot of those things can genuinely help calm symptoms down.
The problem is when symptom relief becomes the entire plan.
Because feeling better and staying better are not always the same thing.
Sometimes passive care creates the window your body needs to move better, exercise better, and start rebuilding confidence.
That window matters.
But what you do with that window matters even more.
At REACH, we’re not anti-hands-on care.
We’re anti-staying-stuck-in-the-same-cycle.
Passive care is a tool.
Not a strategy.
If you’re tired of chasing temporary relief, let’s figure out what’s actually driving the problem.
