A Life of Service, Family & Community

Bartlett Funeral Home extends our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Victor Marc Higgins.

A lifelong Plymouth resident, Victor dedicated more than 40 years to serving the community through the Plymouth Police Department, retiring as Lieutenant of the Prosecution Department. Beyond his distinguished law enforcement career, he spent more than two decades coaching Plymouth Youth Baseball, helping shape generations of young athletes through his leadership, encouragement, and commitment to sportsmanship. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, coach, friend, and public servant whose impact on Plymouth will not be forgotten.

Services for Victor Higgins:
📍 Visitation will be held at Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth, on Friday, June 19th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

📍 A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 272 Main Street, Kingston, on Saturday, June 20th at 10:00 AM, with interment to follow at Chiltonville Cemetery in Plymouth.

We are honored to assist the Higgins family during this difficult time and invite all who knew Victor to join in celebrating a life defined by service, integrity, family, and community.
