Grandparents make life sweeter. ❤️ Join us at Autumn Trace for a special Grandparents Day celebration on Sunday, September 13th from 1:00–3:00 PM. Residents, grandchildren, and family members are invited to spend the afternoon together enjoying treats, refreshments, and a short program celebrating the grandparents who mean so much to us. We love it when businesses, clubs, churches, and community groups use our facility for meetings.

We only have one request: when you come, encourage the members of your group to come back another time just to spend time with our residents.

Some of the people who live at Autumn Trace are blessed to have family and friends who visit regularly. Others may only interact with our staff and fellow residents during the week. We want every resident to remain an active, valued part of the Plymouth and Marshall County community, and that happens through genuine friendships and connections.

We’re especially grateful to the Holy Rollers for meeting here every Tuesday and for embracing that mission. They don’t just use our space, they come back, visit, laugh, and build real relationships with our residents. That’s exactly the kind of community we’re hoping to create.
