Communities for Alcohol- and Drug-Free Youth

Communities for Alcohol- and Drug-Free Youth To educate, engage and empower our communities to prevent youth alcohol, tobacco, and drug use.

Our vision is to have families, schools, and communities that are informed about the importance of prevention, that actively participate in prevention efforts, and who encourage low-risk behavior; and to have significantly higher numbers of healthy, drug-free young people who do the same.

Thank you to all the Young leaders who were part of the CADY Leader Camp this week! We had a wonderful week full of fun, memories, friendships, challenges, and Leadership opportunities!

We want to extend our thanks to Holderness School for hosting our camp on your beautiful campus, and our amazing workshop facilitators New Hampshire Teen Institute, and One Trusted Adult!

We also thank our community partners, PAREI for donating a water barrel for our camp leaders to paint - this barrel will be at the CADY office for a future project! And thank you to The Common Man Family of Restaurants for your ice cream donation! Also thank you to our wonderful Pet Pals (Therapy Dogs) who joined us to talk about the importance of animal companionship: John and Pet Pal Cronys, and Patrick and Pel Pal Lucy Lavender.

It was a fantastic experience, and we cannot wait for next year!

Announcing our new Free Resource Library! Located right outside our office, you can find different resources monthly along with Deterra bags. Come check it out and see what kind of resources we have to offer. Friendly reminder that we have free Narcan available when the office is open!
And finally, a huge thank you to New Hampshire Electric Cooperative for their help fixing up our little library and all their support on Day of Caring!

Join us as we Find Your Footing through movement, connection, and community. 🌄

This wellness hike is focused on raising awareness for men’s mental health while creating space for young adults to connect, reflect, and support one another outdoors.

Sometimes the most meaningful support starts with simply showing up, walking together, and reminding each other that no one has to navigate life alone.

Everyone deserves support. Everyone deserves community. Register today for free at: https://forms.gle/eWUuwzNVks5fFfpFA
