COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update:

Following recent orders by Gov. Tim Walz, Plymouth Vision Center’s office will be closed for the next 2 weeks with a tentative date of return on April 13th. At that time, we may return to limited days and hours of operation to dispense any current orders and handle any necessary issues.

Appointments: At this time, we have suspended all appointment scheduling. Those that have had to reschedule or need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as we are allowed to resume seeing patients. We will do our best to prioritize your appointments in fairness to other scheduled patients.

Contact lenses: If you are in need of contact lenses, please contact us here to leave us a message via email. You can also call and leave a voice message. We will be checking our email and voicemail daily and we will contact you for delivery and payment options. Our vendors are still open and processing orders regularly.

Eyeglasses: If you have any questions regarding your eyeglasses, please contact us here to leave us a message or call us to leave a voicemail. If you have an order in process, we will notify you once we receive that order to set up a day and time to dispense them to you, if it’s necessary.

A PERSONAL THANK YOU – To all our patients and customers, we thank you for your continued support as we all do our best to get through the next few weeks. We are committed to providing you the best service and care that we can, while still providing the best protection and support for our staff, their families, and our community. We assure you that once we are open and back to regular operating hours, we will continue to provide the care and service that you deserve and have trusted us with for the past 20+ years.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, our office will be suspending all non-urgent optometry and optical care, including in-store purchasing of eyewear. Our staff will be available to reschedule exams, take orders over the phone, and dispense current orders that have been placed. We are tentatively planning on returning to provide full service beginning April 1st with already scheduled patients. Our temporary office hours, from March 23rd - 31st, will be reduced to Monday - Thursday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm.

We are also offering to bring your eyeglasses or contact lenses to you in your vehicle if you would prefer. If so, please call ahead to notify us and to cover any remaining payments.

Although it has been a tough decision, by electing to suspend these services we feel we are doing what is best for everyone’s well-being, including our staff, patients, and their family members.

We are currently open regular business hours and like everyone else are taking extra precautions to prevent transmission of coronavirus. We ask that you refrain from coming to our office if you aren’t feeling well (fever, cough, flu-like symptoms), or if you have been exposed to illness. Please stay healthy and remember to wash your hands. Thank you!
