Welcome to the team Liz!
Liz is a graduate-level intern pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, which she will complete this August. She brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to her clinical work.
Liz has a particular interest in maternal mental health, including the impact of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences on emotional well-being. She is especially passionate about supporting women and families during the transition into parenthood.
In addition to her clinical training, Liz has been a strength training coach for over 15 years, with the past 6 years focused on prenatal and postpartum strength training. She values the connection between physical and mental health and brings a holistic perspective to her work.
Liz also has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and is interested in supporting individuals and families navigating the unique strengths and challenges associated with autism.
Liz believes in creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
