1. How do I know if I qualify? Our professional staff will do all the application work. We will come to your home to complete the paperwork and explain the guidelines for qualification.

2. How much does this program cost? The majority of our clients have no out-of-pocket expenses. Arkansas Medicaid pays 100% of the cost. If a client does not qualify for Medicaid, there

is an established private-pay program if you so choose.

3. How will this affect my family? We are an extra support system for your and your family. We can relieve a family member or caregiver so they may leave for a while and not worry about your care or safety.

4. Won't having someone come into my home be an
inconvenience? Absolutely not, we schedule our time in your home around your schedule. How to contact us:
