💼 Open Positions:
👉 Community Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) Professional
Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree can apply!
👉 Certified Peer Support Specialist
Requirements: Must hold a valid Peer Support Specialist certificate in the state of Idaho.
Note: Both positions require a personal vehicle and auto insurance to provide services.

The HART program is a specialized, intensive program designed for Idaho’s Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) population. By combining individual and group therapy, CBRS, case management, peer support, primary care, and medication management under one roof, we help our members achieve stability, maintain autonomy, and stay out of hospitals and jail.
