You've probably tried more than most people ever willโ€”and you're still hurting. That doesn't mean you're out of options.

Sometimes the missing piece isn't another treatment. It's understanding why your pain has persisted.

I'll be teaching exactly that in my free workshop, How To Stop Planning Your Life Around Pain.

After years of listening to people describe pain that no scan, procedure, or treatment had fully explained, I learned something important:

People donโ€™t only need more advice.

They need to feel believed.

Every time someone trusts me with their story, I know how much courage that can takeโ€”especially after years of feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or told they may simply have to live with it.

You deserve to be heard.
And you deserve an explanation that leaves room for hope.

Have you ever felt like someone truly understood what living with your pain has been like?

Someone recently said something I'll never forget.

"I'm afraid if this doesn't work... then I'll know I'll just have to live like this forever."

My heart hurt when she said that.

Maybe you've had that thought too.

If you have...

I hope you'll remember this:

You don't have to decide your future today.

Sometimes hope begins with one simple question:

What if my story isn't finished yet?

07/23/2026

For years, I believed that if I still had pain, something in my back simply hadn't healed.

It seemed like the only explanation.

But our bodies are incredibly good at healing.

So what happens when pain is still there monthsโ€”or even yearsโ€”later?

That's the question we're talking about today.

I'll be going live to discuss why persistent pain isn't always as simple as "something is still damaged," and why becoming curious about your own pain patterns can be the beginning of understanding them.

I'm also giving a preview of my upcoming free workshop:

How To Stop Planning Your Life Around Pain

I'd love to have you join me live.

This little video made me smile.

Our 6-year-old grandson got the very important job of mowing the lawn with Poppy.

Now... if you know my husband, and most men, you know they need perfectly straight lines. Right?

Not today. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Today there were curves...

Zigzags...

And a mowing pattern that would probably make the neighbors wonder what happened.

And you know what?

Every blade of grass still got mowed.

But something even more important happened.

A little boy learned that sometimes the joy of learning and trying something new is more important than getting everything perfect the first time.

I think that's a lesson we all need once in a while.

Whether it's learning something new...

Recovering from a setback...

Or simply living life...

Maybe we don't need perfectly straight lines.

Maybe we just need to keep moving forward.

๐Ÿ’™ I hope this little moment makes you smile today.

One thing people say to me all the time is...

"I just want my life back."

Not necessarily a pain-free life.

Just...

The freedom to travel.

Garden.

Play with grandchildren.

Go for a walk without wondering what tomorrow will feel like.

That tells me we're not really chasing lower pain scores.

We're chasing a bigger life.

Behind every coaching call is a lot of listening.

Not just listening to symptoms...

Listening to fears.

Dreams.

Frustrations.

Because understanding someone's story is just as important as understanding their pain.

Your diagnosis is real.

Your pain is real.

But what if the explanation you've been given isn't the whole story?

That's the conversation I have every day with people who have tried almost everything.

Not because their diagnosis is wrong.

Because sometimes there's another piece of the puzzle that no one has explained.

Curiosity is a wonderful place to begin. ๐Ÿ’™

One of my favorite ways to reset after a busy day is getting outside.

It's amazing what fresh air, movement, and a little quiet can do for your perspective.

How are you spending a little time taking care of yourself this week? ๐Ÿ’™

Have you ever noticed that chronic pain doesn't just steal comfort... it quietly steals confidence?

Confidence to bend over without thinking.

Confidence to book a trip.

Confidence to say yes when someone invites you somewhere.

One of my favorite moments is when someone tells me,

"I just realized I wasn't thinking about my back."

Those quiet moments matter.

They're often the first sign that something is changing.

๐Ÿ’™ What would you love to have the confidence to do? I love to read your comments
