EMDR has been shown to reduce symptoms of PTSD quicker than regular talk therapy. We have EMDRIA trained EMDR therapists. You don’t have to suffer alone.

As part of mental health awareness month, many of the BEST team members attended the Rehabilitative Health Services (RHS) mental health symposium. Through continuing education our workers are better prepared to serve our community.
