Good morning my friends.
This morning’s message is about loyalty, trust, and support. Sometimes we focus so much on who hasn’t shown up that we overlook the kindness coming from unexpected places.
Today, pause and breathe. Ask yourself, “Where is my support coming from? Who has been quietly standing beside me?”
It may be a thoughtful message, a listening ear, or someone whose steady presence reminds you that you matter. Let yourself recognize and receive that care, even when it looks different than you expected.
Our spirit team is always supporting us and standing with us. Take comfort in that connection, stay open to guidance, and notice the everyday love around you.
This Saturday, honor those who show up—and offer yourself that same loyalty and care.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.

MIP has created a beautiful space to share Reiki, deepen connection, and grow together in this profound energy.

This gathering welcomes Reiki practitioners, those exploring their own Reiki path, and those interested in experiencing energy healing. If you are seeking mentorship, more hands-on practice, a place to continue your Reiki journey, or simply wish to experience the peaceful, healing energy of Reiki, you are welcome here.

During our time together we will share in meditation, connection, learning, and Reiki energy. This is also a wonderful opportunity for practitioners and Reiki Masters to continue their practice, receive support, and expand their skills in community.

Our Throat Chakra is traditionally associated with communication, self-expression, and speaking authentically. When we honor our truth, we give ourselves permission to express our needs, share our feelings, and set boundaries that support our peace.

💙 YOUR VOICE IS POWERFUL

Sometimes protecting our energy means speaking up. Sometimes it means saying no without guilt. And sometimes, it means choosing silence rather than engaging in conversations that leave us feeling drained.

You can speak with kindness and still be firm. You can love others without taking responsibility for their emotions. And you can honor someone else's truth without abandoning your own.

✨ A GENTLE PRACTICE FOR THIS WEEK

Before you say yes, pause and ask yourself:

“Am I saying yes because it feels right in my heart, or because I am afraid of disappointing someone?”

This annual business-to-business trick-or-treat walk gives children in our community a safe, daytime way to celebrate Halloween while exploring downtown.

The sweetest magic happens when our community comes together. Stop by for a treat and share your Halloween spirit, 🌙✨

A Circle of Prayer, a Community of Support 💜
For three years, our weekly prayer circle at MIP Metaphysical Store & More has brought people together to share prayers, quiet reflection, and heartfelt connection.

Join McKenzie every Thursday from noon–1 PM as we gather to honor the prayer requests placed in our store’s prayer jar. Everyone is invited to participate in their own sacred way—through prayer, meditation, or simply being present.

All spiritual paths and practices are welcome. You don’t need to follow a particular tradition or have the perfect words. Come as you are and share in this caring circle.

Can’t join us? Paper and a prayer jar are available at the store so you can leave a request for our Thursday gathering.

As we close out October, Black Tourmaline reminds us of the importance of staying grounded in who we are and being intentional about the energy we give our time and attention to.

Traditionally associated with grounding, energetic protection, and clearing unwanted energy, Black Tourmaline is a wonderful companion for those times when we need to feel centered, establish boundaries, and reconnect with our own inner strength.

Although Black Tourmaline is primarily associated with the Root Chakra, its grounding energy offers a beautiful connection to our Throat Chakra journey.
