At Blu Magnolia Wellness, there isn’t a routine treatment or a predetermined sequence. Every session begins with listening—not just to what hurts, but to how your body responds to stress, movement, injury, and everyday life.
My work combines therapeutic bodywork, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, somatic awareness, acupressure with Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS), aromatherapy, and nervous system regulation into one individualized session. These are tools selected when they serve your body’s needs.
Some clients require focused structural work to restore movement. Others benefit from slowing the nervous system before deeper techniques become effective. Sometimes the greatest change comes from creating enough safety for the body to release long-held protective patterns rather than forcing tissue to relax.
I don’t believe healing comes from one modality alone. The body functions as an interconnected system, where muscles, fascia, joints, breath, emotions, and the nervous system continuously influence one another. My approach respects those relationships rather than treating isolated symptoms.
Aromatherapy is used intentionally to support relaxation, grounding, or mental clarity—not simply for fragrance. Somatic techniques encourage awareness of how the body stores tension and help reconnect movement, breath, and sensation. Deep tissue is applied with purpose rather than pressure for the sake of pressure. Every technique has a reason, and every session evolves as your body responds.
No two appointments are exactly alike because no two days in your body are the same.
The goal is not simply temporary relief. It is to help your body move more efficiently, recover more completely, regulate more effectively, and create lasting changes that support your overall well-being.
This is thoughtful, individualized care that adapts to you—not a routine that every client receives.
