Don’t get me wrong—I love targeted supplements when they’re needed. But sometimes we forget that the foundations of health are still the most powerful medicine.
The truth is, no supplement can replace nutrient-dense food, sunlight, movement, meaningful relationships, quality sleep, and time spent in nature.
Today I was reminded of that while planting in the garden with my son. These simple moments do more for our health than most people realize.
Healing doesn’t always happen in a doctor’s office. Sometimes it happens barefoot in the grass, with dirt under your fingernails, slowing down long enough to reconnect with what truly matters.
The basics are still medicine. 🌿💚
