This January, Responsive Physical Therapy is hosting Rehab for Painful Backs, an evidence-based course designed to help clinicians navigate the uncertainty that often comes with treating back pain.

The course will be led by Ben Cormack, an internationally recognized educator and clinician traveling from England to teach in New Jersey. Ben has taught clinicians and coaches across 5 continents and 30+ countries, bringing together current research, clinical experience, discussion, and practical application.

Over two days, clinicians will explore a more flexible, patient-centered approach to back pain assessment and rehabilitation - moving beyond rigid protocols and quick fixes.

We’re excited to celebrate Dr. Erin Cannon, PT, DPT and her recent achievement of earning her Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)! This accomplishment reflects Erin’s commitment to advancing her clinical knowledge and providing excellent care to her patients.

The OCS is an advanced certification recognizing physical therapists who demonstrate a high level of knowledge and clinical expertise in orthopaedic care. Earning it takes significant preparation, dedication, and successfully completing a comprehensive specialty examination.
