Dr. Nelson combines advanced clinical training with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their goals. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University after completing her undergraduate studies in Biology at Stockton University. Since joining Responsive Physical Therapy in 2023, she has continued expanding her expertise in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, balance impairments, and neurological disorders.

What truly sets Dr. Nelson apart is her whole-person approach to care.
