Baby girl loading summer 2026....! šŗ
Incredibly blessed after a long journey to grow our family. Pregnancy has been tough mentally and physically in ways I felt wholly unprepared for, but as I reflect, I realize this is also a beautiful part of the self-sacrifice inherent in truly loving this new human we have co-created.
I'm excited for the journey of motherhood and how we will learn and adapt during such a unique time to raise a child when constant change is the only constant.
Itās also a unique time to be a mother, navigating societal pressures, over-information, and fear mongering everywhere. I can only hope to stay grounded in the lessons Iāve learned through my self-growth journey over the last few years:
1. We are constantly learning through experience. Perfection isnāt real, and failure helps nudge us in the right direction.
2. Love is allowing a human to discover who they are, not molding them into what I think they should be.
3. The energy, nervous system, and inner world I cultivate within myself will become part of the home she grows up in.
