From assisting with life-threatening ER crises to delivering babies and caring for the elderly in their last moments, nurses perform some of the most difficult and heartbreaking tasks in the medical world. As workers who perform the most essential healthcare tasks, nurses serve as the first point of contact for most patients.

National Nurses Week honors their contributions and sacrifices and reminds us to thank the medical professionals who keep us healthy. It is celebrated between May 6, National Nurses Day, and May 12, the birthdate of celebrated nurse Florence Nightingale.

LPN/Medical Assistant

Job description
Western Reserve gynecology is looking for a part time Medical Assistant or LPN to fill the clinical position in a busy gynecology practice in Poland, OH. Job includes processing patients, taking interim histories, updating medications, injections and educating patients. Gynecology experience highly desired but more than willing to train to do procedures needed to work in the specialty. Our office prides ourselves on our efficient, friendly environment with staff longevity. Only patient friendly applicants need to apply with excellent communication and people skills. Hiring immediately or when qualified person is available. Pay will be commensurate with education, training, and experience. Experience with MicroMD or similar software a plus.
