😣Feeling the pressure of finals? Looking for ways to recharge with purpose?

💊Join IPhO for a Mental Health Awareness event where we will have ✨ Dr. Mona Ligvani ✨ provide insight on mental health and its place in the lives of pharmacy students.

As future pharmacists, we are constantly learning how to care for patients , but it is just as important to understand how to care for ourselves. This event will explore how mental health, stress management, and intentional recharging can support pharmacy students through finals, rotations, internships, and future practice.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a beloved faculty member, reflect on evidence-based strategies for managing stress, and take a meaningful break.

Complimentary snacks to be provided. 🍵
