👀 Can you spot the difference?

These photos are about two weeks apart, and the biggest change isn’t weight loss… it’s masseter Botox.

I always believe in practicing what I preach, and I’m no exception. I originally started getting masseter Botox because I clench my jaw and have pretty significant TMJ pain. It made a huge difference in my headaches, jaw tension, and discomfort.

What surprised me was the bonus effect. As my overactive masseter muscles relaxed over time, my lower face gradually became slimmer and more contoured.

The funny part? I actually noticed my face looking wider again before my TMJ pain came back. That’s when I realized my Botox had worn off!

I love that one treatment can help relieve jaw pain and create a softer, more feminine facial shape.

July is UV Safety Awareness Month (fittingly)! As someone with skin cancer in their family, it is very important to me that I am careful with my sun exposure.

However, that does not mean I never get outside, I love the beach too much for that 🤣! I believe moderation is our best friend in almost all aspects of our lives, and by making sure I keep track of the time I’m in the sun and how often I need to reapply sunscreen, I am able to both live my life and protect my health!

What sorts of tips and tricks do you use to limit UV exposure? 🤔
