✨ What Is Recovery… Really? ✨

If you haven’t gotten over a loss…
If you’re still carrying the pain of a divorce…
If abuse from your past still affects you…
If childhood trauma still shows up in your reactions…
If your parents’ broken relationship left wounds in you…

You’re not broken… you just may need healing. And that’s what recovery is for.

Recovery isn’t just about addiction.
Recovery is about becoming whole again.

It’s about healing from the things that still quietly affect your thoughts, your relationships, and your peace. The things we try to move on from… but never truly process.

That’s why we call it Life Recovery.
