PIRC INC serves a diverse client base varying in ages and severity of mental health issues. Services include:

• Sliding scale options available based on income
*Call for free authorization to determine insurance coverage

We also have a Food Pantry Program that is absolutely free!
• Register with photo ID when you come
• Currently open every Saturdays from 9 am- 2 pm
• We appreciate Donations from individuals, companies, and organizations! Ask for a receipt from the front desk. All proceeds of the donations will help support Spencer James Academy, as well as help adults and children in need.

"No Child Should Call a Car Home"

Every night a child sleeps in a car is one night too many. Your support can help turn empty buildings into safe, welcoming spaces where mothers and children can breathe, regroup, and begin again.
Help us renovate our buildings to create the new Mommy & Me Drop-In Centers, where unhoused mothers and their children can receive crisis support, mental health counseling, housing navigation, food, showers, clothing, employment assistance, childcare support, and transportation assistance while they work toward safe, permanent housing.

Every mother deserves a safe place to rebuild, and every child deserves a stable home. At The Parent's Information & Resource Center, Inc. (PIRC), we are dedicated to providing exactly that.

Our Mommy & Me Drop In Center program operates in Broward County, Florida—the least-affordable county in the nation relative to wages. We provide a safe landing space and comprehensive wraparound support for unhoused mothers and their minor children while they work toward permanent placement.

Beyond a safe bed, our program offers:
🏠 Drop In Center & Rental Assistance to bridge the gap to long-term stability.
🥪 Food & Nutrition to make sure no family goes hungry.
👶 Safe Childcare so mothers are empowered to seek employment.
🧠 Mental Health Care, including counseling and parenting education.
